We promote environmental awareness campaigns and maintain high satisfaction rates, above 8.5 in hotels and resorts and above 9 in Select properties.

At Intelier Hotels, we are committed to energy efficiency and water conservation, incorporating LED lighting, motion sensors, and faucet aerators. We offer electric vehicle charging, solar panels where possible, and aerothermal installations. We conduct thorough water quality checks and run environmental awareness campaigns for both guests and employees.

We eliminate single-use plastics and use sustainable amenities in dispenser format and eco-friendly cosmetics. We properly segregate waste, promote the recycling of paper, oil, and kitchenware, and train our team and guests to reduce food waste. We encourage the reuse and donation of unused furniture and equipment.

We reduce our carbon footprint by working with local suppliers and Km0 products, ensuring that over 60% of our suppliers are local.

At Intelier Hotels, we promote local culture and tradition in every destination, supporting gastronomy, commerce, and artisanal production while respecting the historical heritage of our buildings. We collaborate with organizations such as Cáritas, the Food Bank, and the Red Cross, make furniture donations, and encourage conscious tourism and local sourcing, striving for zero food waste. Additionally, we advance the Sustainable Development Goals, creating a positive impact today to pave the way for a more sustainable future.
