In the first quarter of 2022, the Government of Valencia, through the Valencian Tourism Agency, announced the Turisme Comunitat Valenciana grants aimed at companies, associations, federations and foundations, aimed at improving the competitiveness of tourism services and products in the Valencian Community.
The company INSTALACIONES TURÍSTICAS COSTERAS, S.A. has been a beneficiary in this call for applications under Programme 1. Boosting the competitiveness of companies and the marketing of tourism products in the Comunitat Valenciana.

Hotel Intelier Rosa installs a photovoltaic plant for self-consumption in its facilities.
The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, has granted Instalaciones Turísticas Costeras, S.A. an aid of 2,672.67 euros for the promotion of self-consumption of electricity (IDAUT1/2021/98).
In this sense, with the aim of reducing the costs of electricity consumption and reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, Hotel Intelier Rosa has installed a photovoltaic solar energy plant for self-consumption of 19.58 kW of nominal power without surplus and composed of a total of 44 modules of 445 Wp, a system of inversion from direct current to alternating current and the protection and measurement systems necessary for this type of installation. The energy production of this photovoltaic plant amounts to 27,862 kWh/year.
2021
The companies Instalaciones Turísticas Costeras, S.A. and Hoteles Orange, S.A. have been beneficiaries of subsidies amounting to 200,000 euros each, granted by the Generalitat Valenciana through the Conselleria de Hacienda y Modelo Económico, within the framework of the PLAN RESISTIR PLUS aid line and aimed at supporting business solvency.
