The Generalitat, through the Valencian Tourism Agency, called in the first quarter of 2022 the Tourism Community of Valencia grants aimed at companies, associations, federations and foundations, aimed at improving the competitiveness of tourism services and products in the Valencian Community.
The company COASTAL TOURIST FACILITIES, S.A. has been a beneficiary in said call of Program 1. Boosting the competitiveness of companies and the marketing of tourist products in the Valencian Community.

Hotel Intelier Rosa installs a photovoltaic plant for self-consumption in its facilities.
In this sense, with the aim of reducing the costs of electricity consumption and reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, Hotel Intelier Rosa has installed a photovoltaic solar energy plant for self-consumption of 19.58 kW of nominal power without surplus and composed of a total of 44 modules of 445 Wp, a system of inversion from direct current to alternating current and the protection and measurement systems necessary for this type of installation. The energy production of this photovoltaic plant amounts to 27,862 kWh/year.

The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, has granted to Coastal Tourist Facilities, S.A an aid of 2,672.67€ euros for the promotion of electricity self-consumption installations (IDAUT1/2021/98).
In this sense, with the aim of reducing the costs associated with electricity consumption and reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, Hotel Intelier Rosa has installed a photovoltaic solar energy plant for self-consumption of 19.58 kW of nominal power without surpluses and composed of a total of 44 modules of 445 Wp, a direct current to alternating current inversion system and the necessary protection and measurement systems for this type of installations. The energy production of this photovoltaic plant reaches 27,862 kWh/year.

The companies Coastal Tourist Facilities, S.A and Hoteles Orange, S.A. have been beneficiaries of grants for amounts of 200,000 euros each, granted by the Generalitat Valenciana through the Department of Finance and Economic Model, framed within the line of aid PLAN RESISTIR PLUS and aimed at supporting business solvency.
