General conditions for all hotels:

  • Check-in is from 4 PM and heck-out is before 12 PM.
  • A credit card number (with a valid expiry date) is required to guarantee the reservation. You can also make a bank transfer of the total amount of the reservation before the date of arrival at the hotel.
  • Free cancellation depending on the selected rate.
  • Failure to cancel the booking within this period or no-show on the scheduled day of arrival:
    • The total amount of the stay or the amount corresponding to the first night (depending on the conditions of your booking) will be charged to the credit card provided, as a cancellation fee.
    • The rest of the stay will be cancelled.
  • For bookings of 6 or more rooms, full payment in advance will be required.
    10% VAT included in all prices.
  • Classification of children according to age: children between 0 and 2 years are considered infants, children between 3 and 12 years are considered children, and children aged 13 and over are considered adults.
  • * Cots and extra beds for children are available on request in all hotels. Please check availability and surcharge with the hotel prior to arrival.

Credit Card Guarantee Terms:

  • The credit card provided will only be used as a guarantee.

General hotel conditions in Benicasim / Alcázar / Castellón:

  • Half Board consists of Breakfast and Dinner (if you wish to change this to Lunch, please notify the hotel at least 24 hours in advance).
  • Drinks are not included in the Half Board or Full Board regimes (see the terms and conditions of your reservation).

General terms and conditions Hotel Intelier Orange:

  • The hotel car park has a surcharge of €11/night.
  • The hotel allows pets weighing up to 10 kg with a surcharge of €16/night.

  • Half board: includes KM0 water.
  • Parking reservation subject to availability.

General terms Core Suites Valencia:

  • All customers will be required to provide a €500 deposit at check-in, which will be refunded 7 days later upon meeting the requirements.
  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
  • Payment is made upon arrival in cash or by credit card, which must be presented at reception.
  • Cots and extra beds or sofa bed setups incur an additional charge.
  • The parking fee is €15 per night.

  • Payment is made upon arrival by cash or credit card, which must be presented at reception.
  • Pets are allowed in the hotel: up to 10 kg in weight with a supplement of €16/night // up to 15 kg in weight with a supplement of €19/night
  • Half Board includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included in the Half Board regimen.

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 12:00 PM
  • For bookings of 5 or more rooms, the following group conditions apply:

A payment of 30% of the total reservation is required to formalize the booking.

A payment of 40% of the total reservation is required 1 month before the group’s arrival.

The remaining 30% of the total reservation must be paid 1 week before the group’s arrival.

  • The following cancellation charges apply for total cancellation:

30% of the total 30 days before arrival.

75% of the total 29 days before arrival.

100% of the total the week before the arrival date.

  • 10% VAT included in all prices.
  • Child ages:

Babies: 0-2 years old.

Children: 3-12 years old.

Adults: 13 years and older. Cribs for children aged 0-2 years are available upon request and subject to availability. The hotel does not have extra beds.

  • Only a maximum of 1 guest can stay in single rooms, and in double rooms, 2 guests can stay accompanied by a baby aged 0-2 years. The price of breakfast is 50% for children aged 3-12 years old.

  • Check-in: a partir de las 14:00 h
  • Check-out: hasta las 12:00 h.
  • Para poder garantizar la reserva es necesario el número de tarjeta de crédito (con fecha de caducidad válida). También puede realizar una transferencia bancaria del total de la reserva antes de la llegada del hotel.
  • Cancelación gratuita en función de la tarifa seleccionada.
  • En caso de no cancelar dentro de este periodo o de no presentarse el día de la llegada:
    • Se cobrará el importe total de la estancia o el importe correspondiente a la primera noche (dependiendo de las condiciones de la reserva) a la tarjeta de crédito facilitada, en concepto de gastos de cancelación.
    • Se cancelará el resto de la estancia, dependiendo de las condiciones de reserva.
  • Para reservas de 6 o más habitaciones se exigirá el pago por adelantado.
  • IVA del 10% incluido en todos los precios.
  • Edades de los niños:
    • Bebés: de 0 a 2 años
    • Niños: de 3 a 12 años
    • Adultos: a partir de 13 años
  • Todos nuestros hoteles disponen de cunas para bebés de hasta 2 años. (consultar suplemento y disponibilidad con cada hotel)
