El trato personalizado, la ubicación en el centro de Madrid, las comodidades en las habitaciones y los servicios que he necesitado son las razones por las que volvería una y mil veces. 100% recomendable.
Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Madrid. La reforma que han hecho ha supuesto un cambio enorme a mejor. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras. Destacar la gran mejora de los baños, que ahora las duchas son excelentes, y también de las camas. Buen gusto en la renovación del mobiliario, manteniendo, con elementos modernos, un ambiente clásico, propio del edificio en que está el hotel. El servicio y limpieza muy buenos. Muy recomendable para alojarse en el centro de la capital.
Nos gusta alojarnos en este hotel porque tiene algo especial, una ubicación en pleno centro, que nos permite siempre que vamos algún musical o teatro por Gran Vía alojarnos una noche con todas las comodidades y el desayuno perfecto. La zona es tranquila aunque esté en pleno centro. Muy recomendado.
